1.5 oz Dr. McGillicuddy's Vanilla
1 oz Dr. McGillicuddy's Cherry
1 oz half & half (or heavy cream for richer version)
0.5 oz vanilla simple syrup
Ice
Garnish:
Graham cracker rim
Cherry or cherry drizzle
Optional whipped cream
INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
Drizzle chocolate syrup inside a martini glass. Rim the edge with chocolate syrup and dip into crushed cookie crumbs.
Add Ole Smoky Mint Chocolate Chip Cream, Baileys Chocolate, and vodka (if using) into a shaker with ice.
Shake until cold and creamy.
Strain into your prepared martini glass.
Top with chocolate shavings, a Thin Mint cookie, and a fresh mint sprig.
