1 oz Crown Royal Peach
1 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
Crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs (for rim)
Ice
Optional garnish:
Peach slice
Cinnamon stick
INGREDIENTS
Put graham cracker crumbs onto a plate.
Rub a small amount of Baileys around the rim of the glass and dip it into the crumbs to create a pie crust rim.
Add ice to a glass.
In a shaker with ice combine 1 oz Crown Royal Peach, 1 oz Peachtree, 1 oz Baileys
Shake gently for about 10 seconds until chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Add a sprinkle of crumb topping if any is left and a cinnamon stick if desired.
