2 oz limoncello
3 oz prosecco
1 oz soda water
Ice
Optional garnish
- Lemon wheel or slice
- Fresh mint

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

Fill a large wine glass with ice.
Add limoncello.
Pour in prosecco slowly.
Top with soda water.
Gently stir to combine (don’t overmix to keep the bubbles lively).
Garnish with a lemon slice and/or mint.
