  • ½ oz coconut rum

  • ¾ oz blue curaçao syrup

  • 1 oz pineapple juice

  • ½ oz coconut syrup

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz half and half

  • Ice

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

  • Shake well until chilled and slightly frothy.

  • Strain into a hurricane or highball glass filled with crushed ice.

  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
