1½ oz 99 Whipped
3 oz Pineapple juice
½ oz Dr. McGillicuddy Cherry
Ice
Optional garnish:
Pineapple chunk
Maraschino cherries
INGREDIENTS
Fill the glass with ice
Pour 1½ oz 99 Whipped and 3 oz pineapple juice
Stir gently to combine.
Slowly pour ½ oz Dr. McGillicuddy Cherry down the inside of the glass.
It will sink slightly and create the red “cake topping” layer at the bottom.Add a pineapple chunk and cherries on a cocktail pick. if desired.
