1 oz Mezcal Tequila
0.5 oz Cointreau
2 oz Pineapple Juice
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.25 oz Agave Syrup
Top with Ginger Beer

Fill a glass with ice- Use plenty of ice to keep it cold and help maintain the layers.
Pour the Kamora first- This creates the dark base layer.
Slowly add vodka. Pour gently over the back of a spoon to keep it layered above the coffee liqueur.
Top with Topo Chico- Pour slowly to keep that light, fizzy top layer intact.
Add a straw and serve immediately. Traditionally, you don’t stir—you sip through the straw so all flavors blend as you drink.
