A bold and refreshing cocktail that balances smoky mezcal with bright citrus and juicy pineapple, finished with a spicy ginger beer kick. Lightly sweet with a hint of heat and a touch of earthiness, it’s tropical with a sophisticated, smoky twist.

  • 1 oz Mezcal Tequila

  • 0.5 oz Cointreau

  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice

  • 0.25 oz Agave Syrup

  • Top with Ginger Beer

  • Ice

DIRECTIONS

  • Fill a glass with ice- Use plenty of ice to keep it cold and help maintain the layers.

  • Pour the Kamora first- This creates the dark base layer.

  • Slowly add vodka. Pour gently over the back of a spoon to keep it layered above the coffee liqueur.

  • Top with Topo Chico- Pour slowly to keep that light, fizzy top layer intact.

  • Add a straw and serve immediately. Traditionally, you don’t stir—you sip through the straw so all flavors blend as you drink.
