1 oz Pallini Limoncello
1 oz RumChata Limón
½ oz 99 Whipped
1 oz half-and-half
Graham cracker crumb rim
Ice
Optional garnish:
Lemon slice
Whipped cream
INGREDIENTS
Place graham cracker crumbs on a small plate.
Rub a simple syrup or some rumchata around the rim of the glass and dip it into the crumbs to create a pie crust rim.
Fill the shaker
Add to a shaker with ice 1 oz Pallini Limoncello, 1 oz RumChata Limón, ½ oz 99 Whipped, 1 oz half-and-half, ¼ oz simple syrup
Shake well for about 10–15 seconds until chilled and creamy.
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Top with graham cracker crumbs if any is left, and if desired add whipped cream and a lemon slice.
