  • 1 oz Pallini Limoncello

  • 1 oz RumChata Limón

  • ½ oz 99 Whipped

  • 1 oz half-and-half

  • Graham cracker crumb rim

  • Ice

Optional garnish:

  • Lemon slice

  • Whipped cream

INGREDIENTS

  • Place graham cracker crumbs on a small plate.

  • Rub a simple syrup or some rumchata around the rim of the glass and dip it into the crumbs to create a pie crust rim.

  • Fill the shaker

  • Add to a shaker with ice 1 oz Pallini Limoncello, 1 oz RumChata Limón, ½ oz 99 Whipped, 1 oz half-and-half, ¼ oz simple syrup

  • Shake well for about 10–15 seconds until chilled and creamy.

  • Strain into a glass filled with ice.

  • Top with graham cracker crumbs if any is left, and if desired add whipped cream and a lemon slice.
