2 oz Disaronno
1 oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

Add Disaronno, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker
(Optional) Add egg white and dry shake (no ice) for 10–15 seconds
Add ice and shake again until chilled
Strain into a glass over fresh ice
Let the foam settle on top
