The Pot O’ Gold Cocktail is a kit we offer during the week of Saint Patrick’s Day. This cocktail is dessert-like, and creamy with strong caramel, vanilla, and sweet cream notes. The butterscotch schnapps offers a buttery, brown-sugar caramel flavor, while vanilla vodka adds a sweet aromatic base and the Irish cream provides a velvety, creamy texture.

1 oz Vanilla Vodka
1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
1 oz colored Rum
Gold Sanding Sugar

Ingredients
Prep Glass: Rim glass with a lime, lemon, orange, simple syrup or honey and dip cup edge into sugar.
Shake: Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain: Strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish: Top with whipped cream, gold sugar if any is left and lay rainbow candy over edge of cup.
Instructions
• Shot: A 1:1:1 ratio (e.g., 1/2 oz each) of the main ingredients makes a quick, creamy shooter.
